Driving home from work, NPR had a feature on Alexander Pollack and his feature for the Superbowl that didn't get much press. Pollack, a city architect, had an idea to have semi truck horns toot the Star Spangled Banner. Pollock had the idea to tune truck horns to play a melody. NPR has the result.
