Tennessee's public university governing body, the Tennessee Board of Regents, will vote on a Students Bill of Rights, apparently similar to the one proposed by Rep. Stacey Campfield last year. The Students Bill of Rights is modeled after the Academic Bill of Rights crafted by David Horowitz's organization Students for Academic Freedom.
