Bob Krumm and Jim Kyle have the best take on a recent announcement from the Tennessean that Sen. Kathryn Bowers, charged in Operation Tennessee Waltz, recently took a tax-payer-funded trip a state legislator's convention. Worst of all, Bowers just kindda showed up- without even seeking specific authorization to go from Lt. Gov. Wilder's office. Kyle and Krumm agree, the woman has no scruples.
