A survey of parents in Knox County about school uniforms may be inaccurate, according to School Board Chairman Dan Murphy. The survey was supposed to be distributed to parents evenly system-wide, but not many parents actually returned the forms, scewing the results. Sam Anderson and Chuck James are the only two school board members against the school uniforms requirement, although as the article notes, many previous supporters of the regulation may be backing away from it after hearing parent reaction. That's good news.
