Tennessee Republican Party Chairman Bob Davis has sent a letter to Attorney General Paul Summers requesting that the state investigate whether or not Senator John Ford lives within his Senate district, reports the Chattanoogan. The letter follows reports that Senator Ford disclosed to a Memphis Family Court that he mantained two homes, both outside his State Senate district.

Meanwhile, Ford was back in Court today arguing that his expensive mortgages on two houses and the costs of upkeep on his Jaguar should prevent his child support payments from increasing.
